These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of tradeglobally.net (the "Site"), operated by Product & Supply LLC, doing business as Global Trade Association ("GTA," "we," "our," "us"). By visiting or using the Site you ("you," "User") agree to these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

1.1 The Site and its content are provided solely for (i) learning about GTA's global, port-to-port import-export services, (ii) submitting legitimate business enquiries, and (iii) downloading compliance documents we intentionally publish.
1.2 You must not:

All text, graphics, logos, and other materials on the Site ("Content") are owned by or licensed to GTA and protected by U.S. and international laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to view the Content for the purposes listed in § 1. Any other use requires our prior written consent.
3 User Submissions
3.1 Information you send via forms or email must be accurate, lawful, and non-infringing.
3.2 By submitting content you grant GTA a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use that content to (i) respond to your request and (ii) meet legal or regulatory obligations.
3.3 Personal data are handled under our Privacy Policy and applicable U.S., Brazilian, and UAE data-protection laws.
4 Trade-Control Compliance
Commodities, software, or technical data described on the Site may be controlled by:

6 Limitation of Liability
Liability Cap
To the fullest extent allowed by law, GTA and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the Site. GTA's aggregate direct liability is limited to USD 100.

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. GTA does not control or endorse those sites and is not responsible for their content or practices.
8 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold GTA harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your (i) breach of these Terms, (ii) misuse of the Site, or (iii) violation of applicable laws.
9 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Legal Framework
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Genesee County, Michigan, and you consent to that exclusive jurisdiction.
10 Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site signifies acceptance of the changes.
